| ARTIST BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: | Artist Colin Smith received his education abroad studying photography. He traveled throughout Asia, North, Central and South America, Caribbean, South Pacific and a little island off the coast of Madagascar. Always accompanied by a camera, many of his photographs made their way into magazines and newspapers. He has also worked for aid organizations, ad agencies and in the world of moving pictures. Today, Smith builds homemade camera obscuras on location and then photographs the resulting projections to produce highly saturated, breathtaking imagery which hangs on the walls of generous private, corporate and government art supporters. |
