| ARTIST BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: | Cameron Young is a Calgary based artist who works primary in lensless photography and historical photographic printing processes. Although a primarily self-taught artist, Young holds a diploma from Capliano college in Media Resources. After graduating, Young worked as a commercial photographer, and in 1987 he published the book “Calgary, Cowboys and Kananaskis Country” with SummerWild publishing.
While working in education, Young continued his artistic career participating in numerous group and solo shows both locally and nationally. Now retired, he continues his exploration of the photographic medium.
