| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of the textual records and audio-visual materials generated by productions created by or for the Public Affairs Bureau or its predecessor, the Film and Photographic Branch. The files include evaluations, budgets, suppliers lists, tendering documents, proposals, project files, contracts and agreements, video teleconferencing information, scripts, requisitions, release forms, purchase orders, invoices, and production / coordination documentation, not only for video productions but also some exhibits / displays, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, info booths, and celebrations. The audio visual materials include photographs and negatives from the Public Affairs Bureau photograph and film libraries as well as films pertaining to Government of Alberta programs, industry, travel promotion, historic sites, aboriginal issues, and special events such as royal visits and Expo 86.
