Had an inquiry: how to access court reports for Drumheller for the year 1924 - are these archived?
The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds Court of Queen's Bench records for Drumheller, but these all commence only in 1926. It appears that the Judiial District was only established in that year.
The Provincial Archives holds Court of Queen's bench, Civil division, records for the judicial district of Hanna commencing in 1921.
