I am looking for a newpaper article for Gary Sparshu who I am told paid a fine of $5,000. for "cruelty to animals" by starving his cattle in or around Olds Alberta sometime between 1994 and 1996 I believe. Would you have any articles regarding that ?
Unfortunately, the Provincial Archives of Alberta does not hold any newspapers as recent as this; all of our newspaper holdings end in the 1980s (or before).
