The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds probate records from some (but not all) of the 12 Judicial Districts in Alberta for the time period ca. 1900 - 1970.

These records have not been microfilmed; they remain in paper format.

The records can be viewed at the Reading Room of the Provincial Archives during our normal hours of operation.
