The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds three Dominion Land Survey (DLS) field books for the Three Hills region:
GR1983.0376/977 -- 1884
GR1983.0376/1654 -- 1902
GR1983.0376/5138 -- 1919
It would therefore appear that the land survey of the Three Hills area was completed by 1919.
