The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds a patient register for Alberta Hospital Ponoka for the time period 1904-1935 (GR1970.0376). This item is open and available.
You are welcome to visit the Provincial Archives in person to review these records; there is no charge to use the facilities.
In the alternative, contract researchers are available to search these records on your behalf. The rate is Cdn$40 per hour (minimum of 1 hour, prepaid).
