The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds death registration records for some communities in Alberta for the time period 1963 to 1975. These records are not indexed, so to locate a specific individual, it would be necessary to know both where in Alberta and when someone died.

The records exist only in paper form; they are not on microfilm. Per the access agreement with Vital Statsitics, these records cannot be photocopied or published.
