I donated 100 hours of video (ACCESS Alberta), of pioneers talking on camera, to the archives in the 70's. Where is it, and how can I access it?

    Hello and thank you for your question to the Provincial Archives of Alberta. The Archives does hold a video from 1970 entitled "Access -- History" under the CFRN Fonds. This accession number is PR1983.0460/135. If this is the video that you are looking to view then you can do so by coming in to the Provincial Archives during our open hours and speak to the reference archivist. Tell them you are looking to view this video and give them this accession number. The Provincial Archives is open Tuesday through Saturday 9am - 4:30 pm, and open late on Wednesdays until 9pm. We only do retrievals of item between 9am - 11:30am and 1pm to 3:30pm, so if you would like this item outside those hours please call in advance of your visit.
