Thank you for your question. In Canada, immigration is the responsibility of the federal government, and so these records would likely be with Library and Archives Canada (LAC). We have microfilm copies of some immigration records from LAC. If you have a particular reel in mind, we could check to see if we have it. If not, microfilm reels can be brought in through interlibrary loan for $2.00 per reel.
