I was admitted to the Ponoka Hospital about November 15, 1955 with polio. If there are medical records of my stay there, how would I access them?
The PAA rarely keeps patient records, and if such records were in the holdings they will be subject to FOIP. It is best to call the PAA at 780-427-1119.
