ARTIST BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: | Artist Peter Greendale studied visual arts extensively, receiving a BFA in printmaking from the University of Lethbridge, as well as an MFA specializing in drawing and a B.Ed. from the University of Calgary. Since attending the Banff Centre for the Arts workshop and residency in 1984-85, his primary focus has been in drawing. Greendale’s interest in photography is expressed in his ongoing series “Found Light”, and has become a central part of his artistic practice. Greendale’s works can be found in public art collections of Grant McEwen University and the Kelowna Art Gallery, as well as several private collections. |
