She continued to practice her art and studied under established artists, completing workshops in drawing, painting and sculpture, as well as silversmithing and jewellery, from the Alberta College of Art and Design, the University of Calgary and Red Deer College. In 2000, she sold her firm and began practicing as an artist full-time. Bruce is a multimedia visual artist working mostly in sculpture. She is also a contributor to the Virtual Shoe Museum, and in 2013 her experimental shoe designs were included in the Starker Auftritt! Stepping into the Limelight! Exhibition at the GRASSI Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Leipzig, Germany. Bruce is a writer and blogger who gives talks and workshops through Alberta arts organizations about establishing artist websites and an online presence. Compiled 2014
