| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of records from the Field Services Division, whose mandate was to provide leadership, coordination, administrative support, long range planning and facilities development for Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, agricultural colleges, Alberta Vocational Centres, Community Vocational Centres and private vocational schools in Alberta.
This series contains files documenting institutions consisting of general correspondence regarding the status of and plans for development, organizational charts, resumes of programs offered, policy statements, and program reports. The files also include some newsletters and technical bulletins. Files include those for Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Fairview College, Lakeland College, Olds College, Keyano College, Alberta Vocational Centre (AVC) Edmonton, AVC Calgary, AVC Grouard, AVC Lac La Biche, and the Syncrude project.
