| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of records from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology whose mandate was to provide a wide variety of post-secondary training to prepare students for careers and to assist in meeting the skilled manpower requirements of industry and business in the Province.
This series contains the meeting minutes of the Advisory Council. The files in this series document specific program areas of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), for example there are files documenting SAIT's commercial baking program, its electrical engineering technology program, the business administration program, and so on. Each file will contain minutes documenting the Advisory Council's advise pertaining to that program which the Council provided to the administration.
