This Division's mandate was for the coordination and delivery of employment and career development services; the designation of apprenticeship trades; arranging for training of apprentices; and the regulation of the certification of tradesmen. The series consists of the Assistant Deputy Minister's files documenting refugees, immigration, Syncrude, the Cold Lake Coordinating Committee, jobs in the coal industry, manpower services available to natives, Manpower Ministers meetings, and the Alberta Health Disciplines Committee. The files contain primarily correspondence.
