| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | Series consists of records documenting the Department of Health activities directing and coordinating the aspects of mental health in Alberta. The series consists of case files from the Public Health Division and its predecessors, which contain information on the registry for handicapped children and adults, diagnoses, assessment registry numbers, progress reports, patient contact information, birth dates and source of registration. Records are filed alphabetically by last name of the patient. |
