These project case files document each project and may contain policy, procedures, guidelines, standards, original signed contracts, financial or consulting agreements, fee-for-service proposals, internal investment agreements, joint research venture agreements, feasibility agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing/royalty agreements, memorandums-of-understanding, letters of authorization, letters of intent, revenue research agreements, work order style agreements, and contract amendments, along with much supporting documentation including reviews from financial, legal and risk management. |
