| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of computer printouts from the Occupational Health Services Branch which tracked injuries to Alberta Government employees due to accidents at work. The printouts provide information on accident details by Department/Division/Branch, and document employee name, position classification and occupation, work site number, date and time of accident, type and cause of accident, activity when injured, and type or severity of injury. |
