SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of records from the Employee Relations Division and the Classification and Staffing Policy and Consulting Division documenting the activity of position classification appeals heard by the Classification Appeal Board. The files document individual hearings, observations and decisions. These records are arranged by name of position. Also included are Classification Appeal Board appeal status lists and schedules.
The series also contains policies and procedures for appeals, Ministerial orders, and documentation on special projects and major classification review projects.
