The regulations cover a wide range of topics having to do with pay plans; leaves and benefits; grievances and disciplinary actions; allowances; wage and salaried service; employee selection, appointments and transfers; employment conditions; and labour disputes. Included in the files are the policies and guidelines, along with related correspondence, reports, ministerial briefing materials, and meeting and negotiation records. |
