SCOPE AND CONTENT: The series consists of records from the Employee Relations Division documenting the activities of the Public Service Grievance Board, which held hearings and made decisions at the top level of the civil service grievance process. The Board reviewed the merits of individual employee grievances against the employer. Included on the files are correspondence and summary lists of grievers who had Board hearings.
