This series documents a major study of women's employment opportunities in the Government of Alberta that examines the problems of occupational segregation. The report was jointly sponsored by the Human Rights Commission and Personnel Administration Office. These files contain questionnaires, reports and correspondence.
Also included in the series are records regarding the administration and operation of the Diagnostic and Referral Unit, whose mandate was to diagnose and refer employees experiencing problems with behavioural health that were affecting work performance. The files contain caseload data sheets (identifying name of individual, ministry assignment, location, date and type of visit) as well as course materials, service evaluation questionnaires and reports, and correspondence.
