The records consist of information on topics such as: inmate privileges, conduct, discipline, issues and complaints; Ombudsman investigations; incident reports, including assaults, injuries, attempted escapes and suicides; psychology test results of inmates (1985); and records relating to inmate programs such as medical treatment, chaplaincy services, recreational activities, educational opportunities and work camps.
