McGuire (1849-1923), who served as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories in the District of Saskatchewan (1887-1897, 1898-1902), a judge of the Yukon Territorial Court (1897-1898), and the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories (1902-1903). The subseries comprises a notebook kept by McGuire containing notes on cases over which he presided. |
