| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The sub-series consists of samples of small claims cases heard by the Magistrate’s Court for the years 1943, 1945, 1950, 1955, 1960, 1965 and 1970. The subseries also includes specimen cases from these years heard by the Court under the Master and Servants Act (R.S.A 1922) and the Alberta Labour Act (S.A. 1947) as well as reel-to-reel tapes of cases heard in 1970. |
