The files may contain wills; applications for and grants of letters probate; orders pertaining to the administration of estates; financial records and summaries of costs related to the settlement of the estate; petitions and orders to pass accounts; affidavits of value and relationship; and returns of grant. These files may also contain copies of duplicate certificates of Title of Land and Mines and Mineral Rights. |
