SCOPE AND CONTENT: The subseries consists of case files and procedure books (1928-1970) pertaining to the civil cases heard by the Supreme Court of Alberta based in Vegreville. The files may contain statements of claim, counterclaims, judgments, orders, correspondence and other related legal documents. The subseries includes civil appeals (1968-1974).
