These are case files regarding appeals heard by the Board concerning the subdivision of land for development in cities, towns, villages, counties, municipal districts and improvement districts in the province. This series includes case files on subdivisions which have been granted a time extension in order to start development (1975-1995). Also included are abandoned, closed, invalid and withdrawn subdivision appeals.
