| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of operational records from the Employment Pensions Branch which has a mandate for the registration of new pension plans and monitoring of existing plans in Alberta, to ensure they comply with legislation. Assistance is provided to employers, administrators and individuals regarding the plans. This series documents the activity of overseeing that private pension plans comply with legislation. Included on the files are correspondence, reports, decisions, committee records, minutes, and membership files. Of particular significance are the case files documenting cases that were presented in court for resolution. |
