| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of records pertaining to the operation of the Regional Information Telephone Enquiries (or RITE) line, a toll-free telephone line that allows Albertans from across the province to contact the Government of Alberta. The series includes minutes of management meetings, policies and procedures, memos from RITE centres across the province, correspondence and reports on RITE line utilization, complaint letters, Minister’s correspondence regarding access to and operation of RITE, surveys, and status reports. |
