| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series contains signed, original Orders in Council resulting from the decisions of the Executive Council. The Orders are issued to put into force a multitude of government administrative business, such as the appointments of civil servants; appointment of individuals to boards or commissions; financial matters such as payments, expenditures, contracts and issuance of Special Warrants; the transfer, sale and use of land; establishment and amendment of regulations; creation, amendment and dissolution of municipalities and school districts; and other aspects of government administration. |
