The function of a chapter is to coordinate the Columbian activities in a specified area, promulgate local by-laws, rules and regulations, and collect assessments to meet necessary expenses.
The Edmonton Chapter includes Districts 8 to 16.
The series is organized in sub-series pertinent to each district.
