| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of the records created and/or received by the Club in order to keep track of the financial matters of the organization. The Club was involved in a great deal of charity work and dispersed funds to many different organizations and individuals, these records reflect this business aspect of the Club. Includes Auditor’s reports, financial statements and agreements for both the Club and the Community Service Charitable Trust Fund, general ledgers, raffle ledgers, operating budgets, fundraising records and balance sheets. |
