HISTORY/BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: | William Sutton was an early settler in the area around Lloydminster, Alberta. Sutton became a reputable farmer in the area and was very active in local affairs, holding the positions of President and Secretary of the local chapter of the United Farmers of Alberta. Sutton’s son, Wilfred, was also active in both agriculture and local affairs in the Lloydminster area. |
