| HISTORY/BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: | Margaret Gilmour Hulburd was born circa (ca.) 1911. She was the daughter of Gordon Richard and Corinne Hulburd. She attended Garneau High School in Edmonton, Alberta. She married Irving Silverman prior to 1944, and they lived in Washington, D.C. for a time before returning to Edmonton. Margaret and Irving had one daughter, Viki. Margaret died November 20, 1977. |
| CUSTODIAL HISTORY: | Gladys Serafino, on behalf of Viki van Hogezand, daughter of Margaret, deposited the records in the Provincial Archives of Alberta in 1986. |
| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The fonds consists of a notebook with notes to Margaret from friends, predominantly fellow students at Garneau High School. |
