History: 1906 - Original owners: Kennye and Allen.
William Oliver bought lot from Hick and Wakely. In 1906 a building on site to be moved to rear of lot so that Oliver could erect his two storey brick block, 25' by 84'. Ground floor to be four suites of offices, second floor to be completed at a later date. Wood frame original section was torn down at the Oliver Block was extended to the north.
