History:	1906 - Original owners: Kennye and Allen. William Oliver bought lot from Hick and Wakely. In 1906 a building on site to be moved to rear of lot so that Oliver could erect his two storey brick block, 25' by 84'. Ground floor to be four suites of offices, second floor to be completed at a later date. Wood frame original section was torn down at the Oliver Block was extended to the north. 1914 - Oliver Block owned by McLeod Bros. Oliver Block occupants: 1914: From left to right: City Cartage, J.H. Wallace, Rancher of Brown Ranche Co. Ltd., Alfred Hoselton Billiards, Louis Keel Clothes and Gentleman's Furnishings, E.A. Ewert, Dairy Lunch, Manager - C. Christ; MacLeod Bros. Clothiers. 1972 - Owned by P. Klinger, Equity Building. The 1913 and 1915 Fire Plans indicate that the Bank of Toronto was located on the ground floor, while the 2nd housed offices.
