| SCOPE AND CONTENT: | The series consists of procedure books and case files pertaining to criminal and civil matters heard by the Supreme Court of Alberta based in Camrose. For civil matters, the case files may contain statements of claim, counterclaims, judgments, orders, correspondence and other related legal documents. For criminal matters, the files may contain information and complaints, charges, statements of accused, indictments, warrants, praecipes, fiats, subpoenas, affidavits, warrants, transcripts of proceedings / preliminary hearings, exhibits, correspondence, statements of disbursements, and other legal documents relating to criminal actions or proceedings including appeals. |
