The series consists of documents and ledgers pertaining to the registration function performed within the Judicial District of Wetaskiwin. The records include lien note books (1906-1967), chattel mortgage books (1906-1967) and specimens of chattel mortgages (1923-1931 and 1959-1967), partnership registers, (1906-1909 and 1918-1936), Farmers' Creditors Arrangement Act case files and ledgers (1929-1951), bankruptcy case files (1923-1935), mechanics and woodsmen’s liens (1908-1953), Creditors Relief Act case files and ledgers (1911-1953), Debt Adjustment Act ledger (1936-1945), seed grain relief ledgers (1923-1945), and an automobile registry ledger (1926-1932). The series also includes items registered at the Camrose Registration District.
